Coach with MByAy!
Help learners find their path, and earn their yay. We're building a network of independent coaches who guide students, adult learners, and families through one-on-one sessions.
What you'll do
- Lead one-on-one virtual sessions: career exploration, college and trade school planning, FAFSA and aid offer reviews, and resume and application reviews.
- Use the learner's MByAy! career plan to give practical advice that fits their time and budget.
- Set your own availability and choose how many sessions you take.
Who we're looking for
- Experience in career coaching, school or college counseling, admissions, financial aid, or workforce development.
- A credential such as Certified Career Coach, an NCDA certification, or a school counseling license (preferred).
- Knowledge of apprenticeships, skilled trades, and certifications is a plus.
- Clear, warm communication with first-generation students and adult learners.
How it works
- Independent contractor opportunity. Fully remote, with flexible hours.
- Paid per completed session. Rates are discussed during onboarding.
- MByAy! handles booking, payments, and marketing, so you can focus on coaching.
- Coaches sign a contractor agreement and keep learner information confidential. A background check is required to work with learners under 18.
